My husband and I went on Sunny Land's tour of Egypt - bought through our travel agent. We
found Egypt very interesting and especially enjoyed the Nile
Cruise and tours of the majestic temples. We liked all of our
guides and found them to be knowledgeable. The treasures
that Egypt has to offer make it a worthwhile experience. We
are happy with what we did and things that we bought. We
liked the two perfume stores and the papyrus shop that guides
took us to. We enjoyed the four-day Nile trip and liked the
boat and the personnel.

watching the sun set over the eastern rim of the great Sahara
Desert . . . or the lone guard in the royal mummy room of the
Egyptian Museum in Cairo, quietly chanting to the ancient
kings . . .

and I took your October 3 - 13 Platinum Tour of Egypt and it
definitely was the best trip of our lives. Our Egyptian
Adventure lived completely up to every one of our expectations
and then some. I can't stop talking or thinking about it. Our
guide Imam was simply the best and we would go out of our way
next time to ensure that he would again be our guide. Nothing
can compare to standing next to the Pyramids, taking an
hour camel ride, cruising on the Nile River, seeing Abu Simbel........(there's
not enough space to describe everything.)
We
always felt completely safe and unthreatened. Egyptians love
tourists. Plus Sunnyland Tour price tag was much lower than

Egypt. We went on the Oct 3rd Platinum Trip and just got back
last night. I can't tell you how wonderful and great it
was, so much more than what I had expected. Our group
was fantastic, so many different people with different
backgrounds sharing the same great Egyptian experience. Our
guide, Imam, no words can ever describe how great he was. With
knowledge that can fill a history book, no question seemed
unanswered. He has the kindness and patience I only wish I
knew more people with. I look forward to another
trip with him as our guide. For anyone who has ever
wanted to go to Egypt but has been undecided on, I
truly urge you to go. The culture of this beautiful
land, like no other. Everything was just amazing: the
Nile, the life and energy of the people, the pyramids, the
desert land, the lush land, old Cairo, camels, donkeys
and horses....I can't say enough...

wonderful trip to Egypt. I did the platinum package trip from
Feb 28th through March 10th of 2002 to celebrate my birthday.
I had the most amazing time. The country is beautiful and so
rich with history. I enjoyed every site I visited and all the
people I met. Our guide, Essam, was knowledgeable, patient
with all our questions, and very welcoming. I cannot wait to
come back for another visit and have already recommended the

arrangements were excellent, we saw 97% of Egyptian monuments
and even enjoyed an Egyptian wedding. Hotel
accommodations were very good. Cruise was excellent, so
was the cruise staff. Tour guide Elia Takla was great.
The tour was inexpensive and well organized, educational and a
hell of a lot of fun.

much I enjoyed my recent (January 10th - January 20th, 2002)
trip to Egypt using Sunny Land Tours. It was everything I'd
dreamed it would be and overjoyed that it was so much more!
Egypt's sights, people and historical treasures took my breath
away. I was truly in awe and humbled by all that I encountered
and experienced. I'm definitely having a "Sunny Land"
withdrawal.
Our
tour was so great due to our guide, Elia Takla. He was and
is exceptional! I can't believe the wealth of knowledge
this young man possesses on any topic about his
country. Also, our group wasn't an easy one for him. Elia
was charming and always professional in his dealings
with the group. He cared and watched over each one
of us. Sunny Land Tours and we are very fortunate to
have Elia as a guide.
God-willing, health and finances allowing, I'd love to come
back and visit Egypt again.

In short, we were extremely pleased with the tour, and Sunny

suberb job. I would like to also compliment our tour

You made the dream of a "trip of a lifetime" into the
reality of " the trip of a lifetime."
After the world altering events of September 11, my
husband and I were not sure whether or not we should continue
with our plans to visit Egypt, from November 22 through
December 2, 2001.
We
were nervous about taking our daughters, 12 and 19 years old,
out of the country wh ile things were so
unsettled (right after September 11).
Our interactions with Sunny Land Tours, and reading the
statements from other people who used the company's service
and planned trips since 9/11, helped us decide to stick with
our plans and go.
It
was not a mistake! We
had the most wonderful trip to Egypt.
It was above and beyond anything we had ever imagined.
The service throughout the entire trip was wonderful,
the hotels some of the best we?ve stayed at, the
accommodations great, and the food was delicious.
The entire trip went so smoothly and without a problem
due to all the seamless transfers, ground transportation, and
the planning Sunny Land made.
I
want you to know that at no time during the trip were we ever
uncomfortable either physically or emotionally.
Between our wonderful guide, your company's
arrangements, and the Egyptian people themselves, we felt
completely comfortable and safe at all times.
The

returned from a Platinum package
tour of Egypt that left November 1 and returned November
11 (2001). I wanted to say we had a fantastic time. Our guides
(Essam, Elia) were great, the accomodations were great,
the sights were beyond words. We found Egypt to be very
safe, the people very friendly (even the vendors were nice
in their special way), and the tour was most enjoyable.
I wish I could tell everyone how now is the time to go.
With so few people travelling the sights are not filled
to the gills with other tourists. Thanks again for having
such a great package at such a great price.

H - Naples, FL: We just returned from your Egypt
Platinum Tour with Paris extension (October 25-November
6, 2001). We had an excellent trip... The transfer services
performed by the tour people were very good. All drivers
were very good throughout the tour... The hotel and cruise
accommodations were very good and better than anticipated.
Our cabin on the boat was quite roomy, and the food and
service were very good indeed... Our guide Essam was outstanding.
We were very pleased with Sunny Land and our contact
there, Sandra
Ramos, who was responsive to our questions and concerns and
returned our phone calls immediately. We would certainly
consider Sunny Land again....

M - Houston TX: We would like to state that this
was one of the best ever trips we have taken. Our trip was
delayed one week due to the attack and closure of U.S. air
space. We went September 20 to September 30, 2001. Our extremely
knowledgeable guide Essam, with a degree in Egyptology,
did everything for us, far above and beyond what was expected,
to make our trip most memorable. The hotel suites, Nile
cruise, outstanding food and friendly people all made us
welcome and comfortable. I would highly recommend a trip
to Egypt for everyone.

- Freehold, NJ: The tour was well-planned and executed.
Given the logistical planning that goes into putting together
the transportation and various admissions to Egypt's ancient
sites, I don't know how one could plan such a trip on one's
own. Moreover having a wonderfully knowledgeable guide with
a Master's Degree in Egyptology made touring the sites all
the more meaningful. I would definitely recommend this package
and Sunny Land Tours.
